Water Exercise

One hour of moderate to intense water fitness for adults, designed to improve overall strength, cardiovascular endurance, weight control and general health. Instruction provided by a certified aquatic exercise professional.

Water Works

A meditative, relaxation program for adults of all abilities. Designed to reduce stress and pain, increase range of motion, flexibility, mobility, posture, and balance through the process of deep breathing, slow and elongated exercises, and visualization techniques. Forty-five minutes of instruction, with fifteen minutes of stretching post-swim. Instruction provided by a certified aquatic exercise professional.

Aquatic Therapy

A one-to-one therapy program for those with various rehabilitative and orthopedic issues, pain management concerns, and those with neuromuscular disorders. An initial land assessment is required prior to program. Thirty minute sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each client, and provided by a certified aquatic therapist.

R.A.S.P.

Our Recreational After-school Program provides an opportunity for children with disabilities to use the pool for recreation and fun. Each child must have someone over 18 years old to swim with him or her, and provide care in locker room, before and after the swim.

Adapted Aquatics

Half-hour, one-to-one group instruction for kids with special needs. A delightful combination of American Red Cross Learn to Swim skills adapted aquatic techniques to achieve maximum potential in a structured environment. Instruction provided by a certified Water Safety Instructor, specializing in recreational and functional adaptations for children with disabilities.

Saturday Swim

A recreational swim for children and adults with disabilities on Saturday mornings. The swim is divided into two sections; Youth Swim and Adult Swim. Each participant must have a parent/caregiver swim with them, and assist in any ADL’s before and after the swim.
