Served Ages: 6-22 years old

Diagnoses:

Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy and other neuromuscular disorders, Myelodysplasia, Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, and congenital or acquired physically debilitating disorders.

These disorders are typically complicated by co-morbid medical conditions such as diabetes, seizure disorders, respiratory conditions, cardiac conditions and psychiatric diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders.

In addition to the inpatients and day students, MHS also serves hundreds of additional children and young adults from the disabled community with their extensive therapeutic recreational programs.
